Meet the Founder
B2B Client Services was founded by Rosalyn C. Craig, CEO, who has over 15 years of business and teaching experience. With a BBA in Human Resources, MBA in Management, and Rosalyn has multi-tasked her career dual in education, holding a Master's in Adult Education and Training and a Doctorate in Education Leadership. Above all, Rosalyn accepted the call to ministry and is an ordained Elder. She has completed biblical studies with Liberty University, training in spiritual counseling with His Passion Ministries and as an Associate Minister, which guidance with life adversities and mentoring are her staples.
Rosalyn 'Cassi' Craig's passion for growth in others guided her focus as a multifaceted entrepreneur who shines as an Educator in Higher Education, a Workshop Leader and Co-facilitator, Discussion Panelist, Events Coordinator, Notary Public and Signing Agent, Life Coach, and other business networking events.

ABOUT US
The nature of B2BCS, LLC is to assist the community of small business leaders in growth and expansion of their company's day-to-day or cyclical responsibilities. Through in-house and partners, small business leaders can increase their growth potential by redirecting responsibilities to B2BCS, LLC as a trusted partner in business productivity. The ability to be an outsource solution will allow company leaders to take some of the 'sweat' off their brows while focusing on their client's immediate needs.
In addition, we provide enrichment services to individuals and small groups to teach or enhance skills needed for personal and/or career readiness. Our Logo, "Butterfly with faces", illustrates metamorphic transformation through our E3 Learning enrichment services. We desire to prepare persons with the necessary skills to be competitive candidates in the workplace, personally, and community.
